To become a Tomorrowsmith volunteer, all you need is enthusiasm and a desire to learn. You can choose how much time you give, and we will give you all the training and support you need.

We welcome people who are above 18 years of age from all nationalities and backgrounds. Whoever you are and however you choose to volunteer, you’ll be part of a supportive community coming together to transform India’s education system.

Tomorrowsmith Foundation is a mission-driven, innovative, learning focused non-profit organization that aims to improve the quality of learning experiences for all children in India. We are looking for a dedicated Public and Media Relations Intern with excellent communication and liaison skills

● Plan PR campaigns based on the strategy.
● Write and edit presentations brochures, newsletters, speeches, and press releases
● Build and update media lists and databases
● Communicate and build relationships with media for execution of the PR strategy
● Effectively use the company’s social media and blogs
● Analyze media coverage and monitor the public and media’s opinion of the organization
● Assist in administrative duties
● Schedule, coordinate, and attend various events planning PR campaigns and strategies
● Represent the foundation at events such as press launches, news conferences, exhibitions.
● Arrange for production of advertising or promotional films.

● Have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
● Available for full time (remote) internship

To be an excellent program coordinator, the candidate must have exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail. The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of programs according to the organization’s standards.

● B.Ed. or BSW/ MSW with knowledge of the education and non-profit sector.
● Should be able to travel locally in the Delhi/NCR area for coordination.

We are looking to hire a dedicated Content Writing Intern to create content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website. To be successful as a Content Writer, the intern should be able to contribute to the development of strategies that will increase reader engagement.

● Develop content for blogs, articles, social media, and the foundation’s website
● Assist the program team in developing content for digital campaigns
● Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
● Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability
● Evaluate analytics to adjust content as needed; update Foundation’s website
● Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the foundation’s website.

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks. The HR Intern’s responsibilities include updating volunteer and intern absence records, filing HR documents starting background checks on shortlisted candidates, and providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies.

● Updating volunteer and intern databases by inputting new candidate contact information and agreement details.
● Screening potential resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill the foundation’s job and internship vacancies.
● Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
● Posting job/internship/volunteer advertisements to boards and social media platforms.
● Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
● Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information.
● Assisting in the planning of company events.
● Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
● Coordinating new hire orientations.
● Responding to candidate inquiries regarding volunteer/ intern policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or related field
● Proven experience working in a non-profit environment.
● Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
● The ability to work as part of a team.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
